Your responsibilities:
To ensure electrical power supply always meet the required specification.
To prepare Major Breakdown Report (MBR) as per Engineering SOP in the event of major breakdown within 48 hours.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems – 4CP methods.
Meeting department objectives/KPIs (Plant Energy) and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures
Requirements for the role:
Possess certificate of competency BO category 11KV certificate issued by Energy commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia).
Have 3 – 5 years working experience in manufacturing plant
Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices and Kaizen Essential
Experience reading and tracing PI&D drawings, Electrical drawing
Require skill, safety alert, able to and follow written instruction in English
Possess good understanding and working member on ISO50001:2018 management system.
