Shape the execution and financial strategies for tooling management! Based in Macaé, responsible for planning, and coordinating project activities and schedules to meet customer contractual deadlines while adhering to financial and commercial parameters, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Develops an operational year plan for the department's own activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures, and contributes to the planning of the larger unit.

As Services Project Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • All activities related to supervising, organizing, and executing project planning management, which includes managing scope, time, costs, and quality.
  • Monitor the planning status by analyzing results within the established time frame, budget constraints, and with adequate staffing. Tracking variances from the plan, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.
  • Provide timely, relevant, and accurate reporting and analysis of results to support decision-making aimed at achieving the budget and strategic plan.
  • Analyze each part number, identify and follow the critical items and critical path with the project team, and develop an alternative plan to maintain on-time delivery and inventory movement analysis.
  • Establish and maintain performance metrics to evaluate project success, including KPIs and dashboards. 
  • Identify processes within the department that do not add value and pursue solutions.
  • Participates in developing an annual operational plan. 
  • Oversees standardized project processes and adheres to established contracts and frameworks. Provides guidelines for choosing appropriate actions.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Services Project Planner.
  • Be able to coordinate and oversee multiple projects and priorities. 
  • Ability to influence others.
  • Desirable experience in planning service operations/tasks with internal customers. 
  • Emotional resilience to work under pressure and manage conflicts.
  • Proficient in the English language.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
