We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Service Technician to join our Hong Kong team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building automation systems, electrical equipment, and related technologies. You’ll work closely with clients to ensure systems run efficiently and reliably, delivering excellent service and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building automation systems (HVAC, lighting, access control, etc.)
- Install and commission electrical and control systems according to project specifications
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support
- Document service activities, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with project engineers and service teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Automation, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in technical service or maintenance (fresh graduates with strong interest are also welcome)
- Basic knowledge of control systems, electrical circuits, and HVAC systems
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and travel to client sites
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
