Conduct regular FPA audits and train employees to comply with FPA & EH&S requirements. Implement corrective action plans for any deficiencies identified during audits. Ensure all service operations, including 24-hour emergency breakdown callback services, are executed efficiently and professionally, with urgency and customer satisfaction as top priorities. Perform regular site inspections and audits of service technicians and maintenance operations to enhance performance and service quality. Lead daily instruction and corrective action meetings with technicians, and manage monthly planning for routine service schedules. Conduct weekly service operation meetings to analyze the top 3 breakdown calls. Collaborate with technicians to develop countermeasure action plans for troubleshooting and improving product and service quality. Maintain regular customer visits to build strong relationships and deliver monthly routine service reports. Coordinate with the Service Sales Department to ensure timely execution and billing of ‘T’ jobs and major repair works, contributing to monthly service sales and margin targets. Comply with all prevailing WWJSSS Safety Rules, Regulations, Code of Ethics, and other company policies at all times. Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Superior.

  • Proven experience in elevator and escalator service operations
  • Comprehensive industry knowledge
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Creative problem-solving mindset

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Technical expertise in elevator and escalator systems, including safety mechanisms
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field operations within the elevator & escalator industry
  • Proficient in computer applications and fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
