The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Service is a trusted lifecycle partner, providing customers with secure, sustainable, and innovative service solutions, globally. Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).
How you’ll make an impact
1.You will create, plan and implement service sales strategy by increasing the installed base (IB) penetration, effectively utilizing ServIS (the approved Service database), and promote value add service-product offerings supporting Life Cycle Management (LCM). You will achieve service sales volume by ensuring the team sells entire service portfolio, participate in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume, ensure achievement of service sales targets, providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed.
2.In collaboration with the Service sales team will generate and identify service sales leads by analyzing the IB potential and targeting those new IB opportunities from emerging trends with the Service solutions available, determine account and acquisition plans to support growth.
3.You will establish long-term customer relationships with key customers and decision makers by understanding the requirements and regulations and exhibiting high expertise in technical solutions and products, ensure customer satisfaction issues are registered and responded to by team.
4.You will support the team by participating in sales activities when needed, responsible for feedback on sales development, distribution of resources for service sales activities and the current status of the market, collaborate with Business Units and account teams to position different service offerings, evaluate and share relevant information on installed base data, sales leads, customer’s and competitor’s solutions and marketing trends with the team.
5.You will monitor client financial status and report any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams, identify and manage potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels, drive health and safety practices in own unit.
6.You will drive sales efficiency by ensuring adequate selling skills for service sales team members and that the area of responsibility is properly organized and staffed, coach the team in formulating sales plans, in negotiating, and in developing customer segment expertise, actively demonstrate one Hitachi approach and guides direct and indirect subordinates.
7.You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1.You hold a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, or sales and marketing management.
2.More than 7years of experience in sales and marketing and service.
3.Excellent communication and coordination at various levels of the organization, highly impact and influence. Working experience in complex organizations is a plus.
4.Fluent in English.
