Lloyd’s are seeking to recruit a Service Oversight Senior Manager to understand and provide oversight of service and business application lifecycle management across the Corporation and Market. You will ensure impact of business change is understood and managed in accordance with published standards and practices.
This role is accountable for developing and maintaining cross market operational services provided by the Corporation in conjunction with stakeholder across the market and associations, you will also deputise for the Service Resilience and Risk Director.
Principal Accountabilities
Develop and manage strategies to ensure continuous oversight of frameworks that outline end-to-end business processes from the market to Corporation services.
Ensure that the impact of both tactical and strategic changes on business and market services/operations is clearly understood and remains within operational and regulatory control requirements, reporting any identified vulnerabilities to the executive team.
Manage relationships and stakeholders within the market and Corporation, providing guidance on maintaining market-facing services and acting as a liaison to all business areas (e.g., Procurement, HR, Central Finance, Operational Risk, and the Lloyd’s executive team).
Create and manage frameworks for operational assessment and recommend approval to regulators for Managing Agent onboarding.
Represent Lloyd’s in association and market service forums and committees, ensuring that Lloyd’s interests and market responsibilities are upheld within the organization’s remit.
Develop and maintain frameworks to ensure the continuation of cross-market operations during systemic disruptions.
Provide direction and support for the development of team members within the Service Resilience & Risk function.

Experience within in the Lloyds Insurance Market would be preferred.

Evidence of operating in a complex environment and regulated market environment with multiple stakeholders.
