Principal Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of In-House Repair Service Department;
• Coordinates with Planning, Technicians and Customer Service Representatives, Field Service Engineers, Sales, Marketing to ensure that all customer commitments and repair requirements are met;
• Establish and maintain work process to ensure service smooth transition from customer to factory;
• Ensures timely response to customer inquiries;
• Conduct service project working with Marketing and Manufacturing to expand product & service portfolio;
• Prioritizes service schedules based on product & service portfolio, equipment efficiency, materials supply, sales forecast and production planning;
• Develop procedures and methods for Service Depots, Ensures procedures and methods are followed correctly and accurately;
• Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives include safety, quality, delivery, cost metrics;
• Provides on-going management of Lean Program and develop Continuous Improvement Project;
• Ensures compliance with established quality and ISO guidelines;
• Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance. Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees;
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas;
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function;
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above, 5+ years of related technical and management experience on laser manufacturing or engineering or service; Be familiar with MKS lasers is preferred.
• Fluent speaking and writing with English, Need daily communication with foreigners; Oversea study or oversea working experience is preferable.
• Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors and functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules;
• Provides direct supervision to skilled, nonexempt employees. Acts as advisor to unit or sub-units and may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, able to use data analyze tool;
