Johnson Controls is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented UK Service Manager to lead our Global Marine and Navy Business Unit operations in Aberdeen and Manchester. This high-impact leadership role carries full P&L responsibility and is central to driving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and team performance across our service delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage service operations with full P&L accountability
- Oversee HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Manage Workday processes such as absence and time-off approvals
- Approve employee expenses and ensure compliance with company policies
- Conduct annual performance reviews and set individual and team goals
- Drive forecasting and budget planning
- Monitor KPIs to ensure service excellence
- Champion employee development and succession planning
- Implement strategic initiatives and lead change management efforts
- Participate in management calls and monthly one-to-one meetings
- Oversee facility operations and ensure EHS compliance
- Conduct rate reviews and manage Delegation of Authority (DOA) processes
- Represent the company in client meetings and business reviews
- Collaborate on sales strategy and support commercial growth
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
