Manage A/S process
Manage A/S processes and perform field service
Enhance customer satisfaction by providing repair and technical support
Ensure compliance with internal regulations and quality standards
Support distributors with service (repair/replacement) registration, backup equipment arrangements, and capital product demonstrations
Assist in preparing cadaveric workshops and hands-on training to improve customer experience
Asset (Capital) management/ SPM assets
Operate and maintain capital equipment according to its purpose (Demo or Backup)
Regular check the capital to maintain an optimal quality
Demo scheduling to sell A.E.T. & Instruments
Record and manage demo & backup released products
Support various events
Support preparation of cadaveric workshop and hands-on training to provide better customer experiences
Improve the level of customer satisfaction in service
Provide technical advice to customers
Support small-scale training tailored to customer’s needs and requests.
[Qualification]
College or bachelor’s degree
Interest in medical technology and hands-on field service work
1~2 years of related experience (Min 1 year)
Good communicator, Interpersonal, Customer-oriented is preferred.
Experience in medical device is preferred
English communication capability & Good computer skill (MS office)
Physical ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 20 kg or more
Prior experience in a hospital or medical device company (including internships)
