Service Colleague Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and with that brings a wide variety of shift patterns. Late and weekend working is a requirement of our roles, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern. As a service colleague, you will work across a variety of departments to ensure the efficient running of our online operation. Our customers are our priority and we take pride in providing excellent service, welcoming stores and ‘extra special' products. We work as a team to maximise sales and deliver a great online shopping experience. You'll be naturally friendly and want to get stuck in, working with your team to deliver great results. You'll have an enthusiastic approach to learning new skills across different departments. We are hiring for 2 jobs roles.
1. Click and Collect colleagues. Job will consist of picking peoples orders and serving them all within a timely manner and also managing uber, deliveroo and just eat orders. Working in a very fast pace environment.
2. Online Picking. Job will consist of picking online orders, required to pick 220 items per hour.
working in a fast pace environment to make sure all deliveries go out for delivery on time.
Christmas working is also required. Applicants will be expected to work Friday and Sunday and also working the 20th-24th of December.
