Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Expert to lead search engine optimization efforts across its digital properties. The role involves conducting technical assessments, keyword research, site-crawl analysis, and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and user engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct SEO technical assessments and site-crawl analyses using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
  • Perform keyword research and develop SEO recommendations aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize website architecture, metadata, headers, and content for search visibility.
  • Implement structured data (schema markup), canonical tags, and mobile optimization strategies.
  • Develop and execute link-building campaigns to improve domain authority.
  • Monitor SEO KPIs such as bounce rate, click-through rate, and keyword rankings; report findings regularly.
  • Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to align SEO with broader digital strategies.
  • Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO strategy, implementation, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, technical SEO, and keyword optimization.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for on-page enhancements.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, AEM) and digital asset optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • SEO certifications (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Moz) are a plus.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with international SEO and multi-language websites.
  • Exposure to Core Web Vitals and performance optimization.
  • Ability to translate SEO insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and DAM workflows.
