Senior Warehouse Associate

Leidos currently has an opening for a Secret cleared Senior Warehouse Associate to work onsite in Orlando, Florida. This opening is to support the Advanced Battle Management System’s (ABMS) Digital Infrastructure (DI) Network Manager program. In this mission we support the Department of Air Force’s (DAF) to field and operate the ABMS Digital Infrastructure. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for leading a small team in the execution of all warehousing operations to include, GFE/CAP accountability, shipping and receiving, cyclical inventory reporting, and document control.

ABMS is a top modernization priority for the DAF and will be the backbone of a network-centric approach to battle management in partnership with all the services across the Department of Defense. That broader effort is known as Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2). As envisioned, JADC2 will allow U.S. forces from all services — as well as allies and partners — to sense, make sense and act upon a vast array of data and information faster than adversaries can detect and respond

Primary Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily warehouse operations, monthly warehouse contract deliverables and managing material handlers taskings

  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Provide regular briefings on warehouse inventory posture and warehouse readiness in support of program objectives.

  • Coordinate with DINM Network Engineers to ensure equipment remains serviceable and mission ready.

  • Direct the execution of the DINM IUID Marking Plan.

  • Ensure that the physical and digital kitting of equipment is accurate and fully aligned with documented configuration requirements.

  • Manage the complete intake, verification of new equipment.

  • Maintain accurate, timely data for ad hoc reporting and CDRL deliverables.

  • Communicate shipment status and coordination requirements to supported units.

  • Ensure accountability documentation is properly completed, retained, and auditable.

  • Serve as the primary accountable lead for all unclassified inbound receipts and outbound shipments.

  • Contribute to the development of logistics workflows, procedures, and standard operating instructions.

  • Ensures the Warehouse is within DCMA compliance regulations

Basic Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI.

  • U.S. citizenship required.

  • Must be able and willing to work onsite in Orlando, FL.

  • BA/BS degree or 8–12 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Property Management Information Systems (MIS) or Logistics Management Systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently execute warehouse operations with a focus on process improvement.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of property management documentation i.e. DD1149

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience executing logistics requirements in coordination with cross-functional teams.

  • Background in IT hardware asset management.

  • Understanding of international shipping requirements; import/export regulations

  • Demonstrated leadership ability

Pay Range:

Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00
