The Senior Vice President of Strategic Process Improvement drives performance excellence across Clinical Delivery, leading initiatives that improve quality, experience, and financial outcomes. This role establishes and oversees the annual Performance Improvement Plan for Product Operations and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), ensuring alignment with organizational goals for delivery, accuracy, and operational effectiveness.

As a senior leader, the SVP will design and execute a comprehensive team and talent strategy to deliver on key operational and programmatic initiatives that enhance patient experience. Partnering closely with the Chief Clinical Officer and cross-functional executives, this leader will advance enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen clinical performance and support sustainable growth.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and execute annual process improvement plan and continuous projects which optimize care delivery to company strategy. Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify, assess and prioritize upstream and downstream impacts
  • Enhance financial performance with a focus on initiatives that improve overall cost of delivery and increase in year revenue.
  • Track, report and ensure delivery is consistent with established metrics, KPI’S, and performance guarantees.
  • Expand repository of clinical case studies. Resource, source and produce areas of clinical outcome results and value drivers
  • Lead team of project and product focused experts using best practice methodologies such as Six Sigma and lean process design. Oversee budget allocation (hours, scope, roadmap) to meet project business requirements
  • Centralize, consolidate, manage, and assess effectiveness of business and technology vendor resources
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external key stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Implement change management, training, and communications of initiatives across internal and external business units.

Skill Requirements/Preferences

  • 10+ years business experience
    10+ years in process improvement
  • Certified Project Management.
  • Six Sigma, lean process design or similar experience preferred
    Understanding of project management concepts and tools
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams including strong coaching, motivational and interpersonal skills are required with an emphasis on service, team, and individual improvement
  • Ability to articulate requirements clearly (ie, to technology team)
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:
$240,000$270,000 USD

Total Rewards 

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.  

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.

Location  

You must be authorized to work in the United States. Depending on the position we may have a preference to a specific location, but are generally open to remote work anywhere in the US.
