Senior Vice President, Business Development, Identity Solutions

Overview
Mastercard’s Security Solutions organization (SSO) develops and delivers world-class risk and security products & services for Mastercard customers across the globe. As part of this organization, the Identity Solutions team leads the creation and delivery of innovative solutions enabling consumers to experience simple yet secure digital experiences, however and wherever they chose to interact. This SVP role will lead the go-to-market (GTM) execution for sellable Identity products and oversee the newly integrated Global Sales, Partnerships & Customer Success function, driving scale, retention, and growth across a global client base.

Role Purpose
This executive will lead global Sales, Partnerships & Customer Success for Mastercard’s Identity services portfolio. The SVP will be accountable for new business, adoption, revenue growth, customer retention, and operational excellence across both new logo acquisition and existing client expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
- Execute GTM strategy for Identity products including behavioral biometrics, fraud prediction, and verification tools.
- Lead transformation of the Identity GTM model in line with Project Phoenix goals to unlock accelerated growth.
- Align customer-facing roles to industry best practices and assign measurable objectives to drive revenue.
- Deliver breakthrough employee experiences and create new opportunities for personal and collective growth

Business Development
- Be accountable for ensuring that established sales pipeline, bookings, and revenue targets are met for the business.
- Develop and implement a repeatable sales playbook to improve execution discipline and effectively take sales plays and solutions to market
- Align sales teams with partner priorities and goals and ensure measurable partner impact on revenue and customer success
- Work with sales leadership to build and maintain sales pipeline with accurate information and drive proper forecasting
- Work cross-functionally in Mastercard to support strategies and initiatives to accelerate close of sales opportunities with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead Customer Success function aligned with industry best practives and Mastercard Customer Success Center of Excellence. Focus team on renewals, upsell, and client satisfaction.
- Establish scalable processes for onboarding, support, and lifecycle management across global regions.
- Build, coach, and certify a team of world-class sales leaders and account executives globally.

Qualifications
- Solid knowledge and understanding of financial services, eCommerce and/or digital security market landscape, solutions and use cases.
- Proven track record of selling and growing software, SaaS, or technology solutions into enterprise organizations with experience in risk, fraud, security, or identity services preferred.
- Ability to focus and execute in a changing environment; ability to make things happen.
- Deep understanding of analytics, data, predictive modeling, and/or business intelligence preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a complex, matrixed global organization
- Executive presence, leads and cultivates enduring relationships with customers, partners, team members and peers.
- Strong executive selling and business development skills; proven ability to understand different partner GTM and organizational models.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, grow, and nurture team members, cultivating their career paths and goals
- Experience managing large-scale organizational transformation and talent redeployment.
- Experience navigating complex matrix environments and global reporting structures.
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and C-suite clients.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
