Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Value Consultant II to serve as a thought leader and strategic advisor for our most complex and high-value sales engagements. This is a top-tier individual contributor role responsible for pioneering our value-based selling methodology, mentoring other consultants, and partnering directly with C-level executives at our most strategic accounts.

As a Senior Value Consultant II, you will be the organization's leading expert in quantifying and communicating the financial and operational impact of our solutions. You will be instrumental in directly influencing our largest deals, shaping our go-to-market strategy, and building the business case for transformational change with our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Strategic Engagements: Act as the primary value advisor on the company's largest, most complex, and most strategic enterprise sales pursuits, engaging directly with executive-level sponsors.

  • Develop & Scale Methodology: Pioneer and scale the Value Consulting practice by developing new financial models, value realization tools, and repeatable best practices for use across the entire sales organization.

  • Mentor & Enable: Formally mentor and coach Customer Success, Presales and Sales teams, acting as the subject matter expert for value realization and executive-level business case development.

  • Inform GTM Strategy: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to build new industry-specific value propositions and inform future product roadmaps based on customer insights.

  • Assist cross-functional teams in a series of customer interviews and workshops as a component of Value Assessments.

  • Pursue, identify, prioritize and quantify key business drivers (metrics) to describe how our solutions will help solve operational and financial challenges and align to our prospects & customers desired business outcomes.

  • Drive production and assist in the delivery of compelling executive level presentations with financial business cases to support customer buying decision.

  • Assist the enablement of the sales organization and supporting teams on Value Management principles and tools.

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Desk to produce proposal pricing and winning bids.

  • Ensure appropriate handoff of customer desired outcomes, current state, and measures of success to Client Services and Customer Success teams upon deal completion.

  • Collect and measure key industry metrics to establish trends and benchmarking.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Executive Presence: Proven track record of building and delivering compelling, C-suite-level presentations and business cases for large, complex deals.

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to quickly understand complex business challenges, identify key value drivers, and translate technical features into measurable financial outcomes.

  • Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects, mentoring team members, and driving change within a sales organization.

  • Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and storytelling skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, strategic role such as Value Engineering, Management Consulting, Strategic Finance, or Enterprise Pre-sales/Solutions Consulting within the B2B SaaS industry.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is strongly preferred.

  • Financial Acumen: Mastery of financial modeling and analysis, including building complex ROI, TCO, and business value models from scratch.

  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Pay Transparency:

The annual US base + variable range for this role is $158,700 - $198,400 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
