Your key responsibilities

• Development of scalable UI applications using React and modern frameworks.
• Drive UI strategy, component architecture, performance optimizations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate microservice-based architectures in GCP with secure communication.
• Provide technical leadership in frontend engineering, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Mentor junior engineers via code reviews and technical guidance.
• Lead Agile processes, including sprint planning and architecture discussions.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines for UI apps on cloud-native platforms.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.
• Stay current with frontend, cloud-native, and DevOps technologies.
• Design scalable, performant solutions for user stories.
• Write unit/integration tests using TDD/BDD.
• Ensure observability with logging, metrics, and monitoring.
• Follow SOLID principles and clean code practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years in developing enterprise-scale React apps.
• Strong in React (hooks, Redux/Context), REST API consumption, and async data handling.
• Proven experience leading frontend architecture with microservice backends.
• Expertise in performance optimization, responsive UI, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Solid understanding of microservices and containerized backends.
• Hands-on with GCP: Pub/Sub, storage, networking, security, and CI/CD for UI.
• Proficient in RESTful API integration, OAuth2, JWT, and SSO.
• Familiar with IaC tools like Terraform/Ansible.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and scalable UI design patterns.
• Experienced in TDD/BDD and CI/CD pipelines.
• Skilled with SDLC tools: Git, JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
• Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot for backend collaboration.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database modelling.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving in distributed systems.
• Promotes engineering best practices and continuous learning.
