About the Job 

Peak Energy is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our dynamic People team. This individual will play a key role in scaling our workforce, with a primary focus on recruiting for technical engineering roles while remaining adaptable to support all areas of the organization as needed. The ideal candidate is a business partner, self-starter, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment process, facilitate a positive candidate experience, and ensuring Peak Energy continues to attract top talent. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and closing. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to find top talent, particularly for technical and engineering positions. 
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods including direct sourcing, job boards, networking groups, other media, and industry-specific platforms. 
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 
  • Consistently and accurately update Greenhouse (ATS) to reflect the current status of all candidates, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and up-to-date reporting. 
  • Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all recruitment tasks, including candidate tracking and reporting. 
  • Flex across different departments as needed to recruit for non-technical roles. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruiting processes and strategies. 
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. 
  • Collaborate with HR and other team members on employer branding and workforce planning initiatives. 
  • Maintain compliance with all legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Help out with HR operations and coordination including onboarding, systems, benefits, etc.  

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical and engineering roles, ideally in the battery and/or energy industry. 
  • Proven track record of partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to successfully fill positions. 
  • Demonstrated experience with consistent and efficient use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows and provide transparent updates to hiring teams. 
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with a deep understanding of the technical talent market in the battery manufacturing industry. 
  • Ability to flex into multiple functional areas and recruit for a variety of roles across the organization. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Self-starter who can work independently and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. 
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. 
  • Experience in a fast-growing technology, energy, or manufacturing environment preferred. 
  • Passion for renewable energy, sustainability, and driving positive environmental impact through technology innovation. 
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. 

 

Salary Range: 

The salary range for this role is $110,000-140,000, with actual pay varying based on work location, experience, and skills.
