The Opportunity

You will report directly to our VP of People and operate as both a hands-on recruiter and a builder of scalable systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a high-growth environment, balances execution with strategy, and is excited to play a foundational role in shaping GrowthLoop’s culture and talent engine.

What You’ll Do

Recruiting (70%)

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for all EPD roles (sourcing, screening, closing).
  • Partner with CTO, VPs, and hiring managers to scope roles, define requirements, and calibrate candidate quality.
  • Build and enforce company-wide recruiting processes that drive consistency and fairness across all roles.
  • Drive Greenhouse adoption across the organization, ensuring it becomes the single source of truth for recruiting.
  • Establish analytics and dashboards (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, source effectiveness) to enable data-driven decision making
  • Design and deliver interviewer training, structured debriefs, and hiring manager enablement programs.
  • Source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and talent mapping.
  • Maintain a candidate-first experience, delivering timely updates and feedback to sustain >95% offer acceptance.
  • Develop recruiting infrastructure: standardized templates, playbooks, dashboards, sourcing workflows.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships; drive ROI and accountability.
  • Elevate GrowthLoop’s employer brand through thought leadership, candidate content, and external visibility.

HRBP / People Ops (30%)

  • Partner with People Ops on onboarding, headcount planning, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Support managers with role scoping, job leveling frameworks.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and cultural initiatives, reinforcing GrowthLoop’s values and commitment to excellence.
  • Act as a connector between recruiting and HR to reduce silos and ensure a unified, end-to-end talent lifecycle.

  • System Builder: Transform GrowthLoop’s recruiting into a scalable, repeatable engine with clear processes, adoption, and training.
    Data-Driven Operator: Provide actionable metrics and insights to guide headcount planning and hiring velocity.
  • Candidate Experience Champion: Deliver an inclusive, high-touch recruiting process that strengthens GrowthLoop’s brand.
  • Agile Contributor: Flex seamlessly into HRBP and People Ops work as organizational needs evolve.

What We Look For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical/EPD roles in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
  • Prior HRBP or People Ops experience with demonstrated ability to flex between recruiting and broader people initiatives.
  • Proven ability to build and implement recruiting processes, workflows, or systems at scale.
  • Experience driving adoption of an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and improving process efficiency across hiring teams.
    Strong interpersonal skills: ability to train hiring managers, facilitate debriefs, coach interviewers, and deliver consistent candidate experience.
  • Data-driven mindset: experience building dashboards, tracking funnel metrics, and using analytics for decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating candidate-facing materials and employer brand content.
  • Experience supporting leadership hiring (Director/VP level).
  • Proven commitment to applying inclusive hiring practices, reducing bias, and creating equitable candidate experiences
  • Experience in remote or distributed team recruiting.

The estimated salary is between $180,000-$210,000 CAD or $130,000-$160,000 USD. The total compensation will also include equity in the company. Final base salary decisions will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors unique to each candidate, such as the individual’s skill set, depth of experience, and qualifications.
