Our journey so far since our launch in 2018:

Revolutionary remote driving tech- We built the world’s first commercial remote driving product.

Breaking boundaries across continents- First to roll out vehicles in both Europe and the USA on public roads without a human being inside & one of only two companies in the States operating a commercial driverless service.

Vegas fleet on the rise- Our vehicle fleet is scaling fast, from 20 to 100 cars in Las Vegas. We’re just getting started!

In November 2025 we confirmed our Series C fundraise with attached milestones opening up funding of up to $410 million!

Why this role is awesome: 

As a Senior Talent Partner, you’ll be a core driver of Vay’s growth, owning some of our most critical hiring pipelines across the USA, spanning Tech, GTM, and Operations. You’ll operate as a strategic individual contributor, embedded with hiring managers and leadership, to help shape a world-class team during one of the most exciting growth phases in our company’s journey.

This is a high-impact role for someone who combines senior-level recruitment expertise with sharp stakeholder management and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You’ll also collaborate closely on People Ops initiatives like onboarding, internal events, and interview training, bringing your craft not just to hiring, but to building an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

What are we looking for: 

  • Extensive experience managing full-cycle recruitment in high-growth tech environments but experienced in multiple skills verticals.

  • Can-do attitude, we’re a team that finds a way to make great things happen, every day. If we see a blocker, we build a ladder to climb over it.
  • A real culture builder in our US office, as the People team we are core gatekeepers to engraining our culture/values in to the org & we look for our team to be strong advocates of high energy, positive mindset & expert collaborators.

  • Stress tested ways of implementing AI & automation to hiring pipelines & processes.
  • Deep sourcing expertise across multiple platforms with creative, targeted outreach strategies.

  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse) and recruitment analytics.

  • Strong understanding of the Las Vegas talent landscape, including local compliance and employment practices.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
