Your scope will be focused on managing end-to-end recruitment processes within Ferring BIOMÁS, IMSA and Head Offices in Argentina, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong alignment with internal stakeholders. Our aspiration is that you act as a true partner in translating business needs when identifying talent, assessing competencies and coordinating pre-employment tasks and onboarding processes, contributing to Ferring’s culture of excellence and growth.
Your day at Ferring
Partner with BIOMÁS/IMSA leaders and other departments to gather and analyze hiring needs.
Design and execute recruitment strategies for a variety of profiles and seniority levels, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
Manage pre-employment medical checks and all required documentation for new hires.
Coordinate and communicate with new employees, liaising with local HRBP’s regarding pre-boarding tasks (welcome emails, initial training, induction, and onboarding).
Track recruitment metrics and prepare progress reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers across the site to understand their needs and translate these into deliverables.
Liaising with the local HRBP’s and Hiring Managers to ensure clear communication.
Update and maintain our ATS (Workday).
Screening and assessment activities to understand active candidates’ eligibility for our roles.
Coordinate all interviews’ scheduling (both virtual and onsite).
Behind our innovation…There’s you
University degree in Psychology or Human Resources is preferred.
3-5 years’ experience in a multinational company, dealing with recruiting activities, competency based interviews and effective stakeholder management, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Good proficiency in English and in Spanish are mandatory skills.
Motivation to be part of a multicultural and international Talent Acquisition team, where recruiters, TA leaders and HRBP’s work hand in hand and in a very dynamic way with each other.
Good sense of humor and a true team player (these will be thoroughly assessed during our recruitment process).
Integrity and honesty speak volumes within our team.
Positive, a “roll up sleeves” mindset and a proactive approach to talent acquisition, able to redirect the course of action if needed.
A bias towards quality of hire and candidate experience.
