Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Huntsman is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Global Business Services (GBS). This new role drives recruitment strategies, partners with business leaders, and manages the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.


The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial role in driving talent acquisition strategies, collaborating with business leaders, and achieving high-quality hiring results. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and attracting top talent through various sourcing strategies while effectively influencing stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. The Talent Acquisition Partner will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from strategic sourcing and assessment to selection and onboarding.


In summary, as the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

•     Lead end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top talent across digital platforms and networks.
•     Advise hiring managers on market trends, candidate profiles, and best practices.
•     Ensure a seamless candidate experience and competitive offer process.
•     Deliver efficient, data-driven recruitment in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Costa Rica. Sponsorship is not available for this position.


Candidates must work onsite on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additional office days may be required as needed or during corporate visits.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience. 7+ years of experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.​​

  • Valid US Visa and passport (please indicate in your resume)

  • Candidates must have at least 2 years of consecutive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, with their most recent role reflecting expertise in sourcing and stakeholder management supporting North America and other regions.

  • Experience using recruiting technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, Workday, and Microsoft applications.

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders.

  • Experience with data-driven recruiting, using insights to enhance sourcing and selection strategies.

  • Proficient in English (B2+) and Spanish, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with manufacturing profiles.
