At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.
NiCE is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our R&D team building advanced CX Data Analytics software. This role blends automation engineering, systems analysis, and validation expertise to ensure robust, reliable releases. You will oversee the administration and automation of CI/CD integration environments, optimize QA processes, and drive best practices across teams. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, hands-on software development experience, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
You will own a complex CI/CD ‘live’ testing environment that serves as the final quality gate before software is released by R&D. This is not a traditional environment administration role—you must deeply understand our software design, its functionality, and how customers use it. You will collaborate closely with QA leads and engineers to ensure alpha builds are properly deployed and test plans are thoroughly vetted and executed. In addition, you’ll be expected to read and write code, develop automation and monitoring solutions, and provide actionable feedback to improve both the product and the environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
