CACI is seeking a candidate with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph. This is a mid-career Systems Engineer position supporting NiFi dataflow integration in Fort Meade.

Opportunity: Provide customer support and infrastructure services with quick response capabilities for SIGINT and Cyber Solutions to support mission operations. Includes design manufacturing, testing, and troubleshooting of PCB, antenna arrays and enclosures, as well as maintaining network infrastructure at remote CONUS sites.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the development, integration, and troubleshooting of enterprise data flow solutions using Apache NiFi, while also supporting broader systems engineering functions across requirements analysis, design, and documentation. This is an on-site position working closely with customer and contractor teams on high-impact mission systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot NiFi dataflows to support mission operations-
  • Manage system requirements, architecture, and interface documentation
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and technical working groups
  • Contribute to system integration planning and execution
  • Assist with risk management, feasibility studies, and technical trade-offs
  • Engage daily with government customers and engineering teammates

Required Qualifications

  • 14+ years of systems engineering experience (5 years may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience with NiFi installation, flow design, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with containerized environments (Kubernetes, Rancher) and distributed storage (Ceph)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of DoDAF, SOA, and system lifecycle documentation standards
  • Experience with large-scale system integration and verification

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$113,200 - $237,800
