As a Senior Strategy and Business Operations Manager, you will leverage your strong strategic background and analytical capabilities to:
Spearhead comprehensive market analyses that unlock new growth opportunities and guide strategic investments
Architect business model, growth, and go-to-market strategies that maximize revenue
Lead high-stakes initiatives that directly impact Zillow's market position and revenue growth
Build strategic frameworks that align product development with market demands and business objectives
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Experience teams
Strategic Excellence
Deep expertise in developing and executing business strategies that drive measurable results
Proven ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable business plans
Track record of leading complex, high-impact initiatives from conception to successful implementation
Analytical Mastery
Comfort in analyzing large, complex datasets to extract meaningful business insights
Expertise in creating sophisticated financial models and conducting rigorous market analyses
Proficiency in translating data into compelling visualizations and clear recommendations
Leadership & Communication
Ability to influence and align stakeholders across organizational levels
Strong track record of engaging across a complex organization to manage cross-functional projects with numerous stakeholders
Outstanding presentation skills with experience communicating to senior audiences
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, or related quantitative field
6+ years of professional experience, including experience at top-tier management consulting firms (at the Associate / Consultant+ level) and/or strategy, business operations, or similar data-driven roles at high-growth technology companies
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies across complex organizations
Demonstrated excellence in market analysis, financial modeling, and business model design, with ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights
Strong project management skills with experience partnering cross-functionally across complex organizations to drive alignment and results
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree in a related field
Experience transitioning from consulting to in-house strategy roles
Experience in B2B SaaS and/or ad sales
