As a Senior Specialist, Procurement Transformation, you will be at the forefront of driving the digital future of Procurement at Moderna. Working from our Warsaw hub, you will partner across functions to bring together business needs and emerging technologies, deploying AI and evolving our Source-to-Pay (STP) systems. This hands-on role focuses on agentic AI implementation, prompt training, system rollout, and process innovation that enhance efficiency and smart decision-making across the Procurement lifecycle. You will shape how AI is integrated across global procurement practices and contribute directly to the design of next-generation digital procurement solutions.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Your key responsibilities will be:
Enabling agent-based AI across Procurement by training, testing, and refining GPT- and cognitive automation workflows.
Translating business needs into AI and system deliverables aligned across technology, process, and operations.
Supporting STP system deployments in collaboration with Digital, including testing, mapping, and enablement.
Maintaining and evolving prompt libraries, AI training data, and process documentation.
Collaborating across Procurement, Accounts Payable, Master Data, and Travel & Expense to identify automation and cognitive support opportunities.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Analyzing AI agent and STP system performance, and recommending continuous improvements.
Supporting communication and change management for new capabilities in AI and systems.
Working closely with the Procurement Transformation Manager and aligning to program milestones and governance.
Contributing to broader initiatives tied to Procurement’s digital transformation.
Exploring generative AI applications to expand automation and cognitive decision support.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Science, or related field
4+ years of experience in procurement, process transformation, or business systems; experience with digital tools or AI technologies preferred
Working understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes and how they interconnect across functions
Hands-on experience with generative AI prompt design, model interaction, or automation testing
Familiarity with Python (or demonstrated ability and curiosity to learn)
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; able to influence across teams without authority
Ability to own, prioritize and manage work with limited daily direction
Anticipate needs and proactively recommend next steps
