  • Coordinate congress planning and execution, managing booth materials, promotional content, and KOL engagement support in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

  • Track and analyze program performance metrics, pulling insights from digital and field activities to support optimization and reporting.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and agency partners.

  • Experience navigating Medical Loss Ratio review processes (Veeva PromoMats preferred).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and digital marketing tools.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Familiarity with peer-to-peer education, KOL engagement, and congress planning.
