Position Summary
1. Establish goals regarding market quality, and manage market quality index in order to achieve the goals.Role and Responsibilities
1. [Quality goal setting] Collect information to establish the objectives regarding market quality such as identifying the sales/results of the similar products that have already been sold and the level of customer demand.
2. [Market defect management] Manage quality index periodically and identify major issues.
3. [Customer response] Check the details of the complaints and select the relevant department to be responsible for resolving the problems and inform them about it.
4. [Installation quality management] Carry out installation quality audit activity and draw up a list of problems (violation of installation method, matters that require improvements, etc.)
5. [Professional counseling management] Carry out root cause analysis and establish countermeasures for cases of non-defective goods
6. [Problem identification/ solving] Inform the relevant department about market quality problems.
7. [Effectiveness analysis and follow-up management] Analyze the effectiveness (effectiveness verification) of the improved/solved problems and carry out follow-up management.
Skills and Qualifications
• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
