Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing SAP SD solutions that enhance our business processes across various European markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to the optimization of our SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP SD Implementation: Participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP SD modules, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and user training.
Customization & Development: Develop and customize SAP SD applications and interfaces to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and company standards.
Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules (such as MM, PP, and FI) and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and integration across systems.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for SAP SD functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner to minimize disruption to business operations.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system designs, processes, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance.
User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP SD functionalities and promote best practices in system usage.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with SAP SD enhancements and industry trends, recommending improvements to existing processes and systems.
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in SAP SD are a plus.
Experience: Experience in SAP SD module implementation and support, preferably within a European context.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration and integration with other SAP modules. Proficiency in ABAP programming is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a strong analytical mindset.
Communication: Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
