Senior Scrum Master

Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to support our Global Oracle Fusion initiatives across multiple Fusion ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Project Management functions along with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.  This role will help coordinating between Fusion Value Stream Leads, Architects and Project/Program coordinators  delivering Fusion solutions part CI Train (Continuous Improvements), Development and post go live support efforts.   

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate and track multiple Fusion ERP solutions  from initiation through deployment, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met 

• Facilitate communication between Product managers, Value Stream Leads/Architects and business stakeholders 

• Organize and lead meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track action items 

• Monitor deliverable risks and dependencies, escalating issues proactively to ensure  for successful deliverable timelines  

• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies for Fusion Value Stream  development teams 

• Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards showcasing deliverables  progress  

• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) between business and respective IT teams 

• Morning standup meetings with Fusion Value streams, Edge Apps and business stakeholders  

• Updating project trackers, timelines, and status reports 

• Creating visualizations and reports for stakeholder meetings 

• Coordinating across teams to resolve blockers and dependencies 

• Preparing presentations for leadership reviews and project updates 

• Review Fusion team time tracking and SI partner billing process  

• Review Fusion team KPIs, SLAs and Dashboards  

• POC for India SLT for Global Oracle Fusion India based team  

Required Skills: 

• Bachelor ‘s degree in engineering or Information Systems or equivalent  

• 12-15 years of overall experience in Project coordination, Project Management etc.  

• Proven track record within Plan to Fulfill, Costing and Manufacturing space within Oracle Fusion ERP 

• Expertise in working with multiple teams supporting solution delivery efforts  

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) 

• Experience with Project Management tools (Jira, Planview, Daptiv MS Project etc.) 

• Strong communication and presentation skills  

• Understanding of Software development lifecycle (SDLC)  

Preferred Skills: 

• Project Management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Certified Scrum Master) 

• Agile/Scrum certifications 

• Oracle Cloud certifications 

• Experience with Agile methodologies
