This role will support core CRM applications, with a focus on existing technologies (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Clari, People.ai) which is utilized by the global Field Sales organization. The primary responsibilities will be to manage daily systems and process inquiries, troubleshooting and general help for the sales team and cross-functional stakeholders. The person who fills this role must be able to help define, prioritize and elaborate on business requirements, partner with business users, and work with internal resources (eg. IT, Sales Operations, Field Sales, Channel Sales), to develop and support SaaS-based CRM applications. The Senior Sales Systems Analyst will also be responsible to take a supporting role in various Go-To-Market projects. The Sales Systems Analyst must have the ability to assess business and system process impacts and be committed to delivering efficient technology-based solutions in collaboration with Rubrik IT.  This is a full-time position located at our HQ office in Palo Alto, CA. This is a hybrid position requiring three days in office.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and prioritize requests for bi-weekly sprints, create documentation, and manage change requests
  • Support the Field Sales and Sales Operations team with any production related questions, inquiries and bugs/issues.
  • Provide ongoing daily support to internal users, and follow up on user requests in a timely manner
  • Develop test scripts and guide internal users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in order to meet bi-weekly and major project release deadlines
  • Understand (capabilities and limitations) and work to enhance core sales CRM applications with the goal of optimizing the field sales experience and revenue generation
  • Work closely with business users to understand their business needs and translate those into business requirements documents (BRD)
  • Work closely with internal IT resources to ensure functionality and processes meet business requirements and objectives
  • Develop and update process documentation as business requirements and processes change
  • Be an advocate for automation and “best practice” solutions
  • Collect, document, and maintain global sales policies to ensure consistency across the field sales organization (splits, holdovers, etc.)
  • Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve upon system integrations

Experience You'll Need:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a high growth, fast paced environment involving complex processes
  • 3+ years combined experience within Sales/Revenue Operations
  • 2+ years experience with Salesforce is required (Salesforce Admin Certification is highly desirable)
  • 2+ years experience with various GTM SaaS Applications (such as Clari, People.ai, Outreach, Pigment) is required
  • Experience with Indirect Sales (Channel) motions is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Google-Suite applications (Drive, Sheets, Documents, Slides etc)
  • Exceptional ability to innovate upon existing processes in order to create greater efficiency
  • Detail oriented and exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with personnel across various departments and levels
  • Business oriented, having a good understanding of basic enterprise technology sales principles and operations
  • Inquisitive, with a desire to learn and be a contributor to business solutions that achieve the company’s goal of customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
