How you’ll make an impact
At Xero, the Sales Operations Team is the driving force behind the team's business performance. The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will be embedded in our collaborative US go to market team and is tasked with supporting the systems, tools and processes to enable our team to perform in the most effective way possible.
The Sales Ops team generates data-driven insights designed to help the business identify opportunities and challenges and to assist decision making. Working closely with the Sales Operations Manager and the wider GTM Operations team, you will operationalise the delivery of the strategy.
The role will also support the drive to increase Marketing and Sales automation, data integrity, training and sales support.
