As a Sales Executive – Payments, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling FIS payment solutions to banks and financial institutions across Belgium. You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and position FIS as a trusted partner in transforming the way the world pays, banks, and invests.
You’ll join a dynamic, high-performing sales team focused on delivering innovative payment solutions to financial institutions. Collaboration and strategic thinking are at the heart of what we do.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow FIS’s footprint in Belgium’s banking sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with banks and financial institutions.
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives (CEO, CIO, COO) and key decision-makers.
Present FIS’s payment solutions and value proposition to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proven track record in sales within financial services or fintech, ideally selling payment solutions.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
Knowledge of the Belgian banking landscape and regulatory environment.
Experience with complex solution selling and long sales cycles.
