Hi! We're Forerunner.
We build modern software that helps local governments manage risk, strengthen resilience, and simplify critical workflows. From floodplain management, emergency response, and disaster recovery, to grant tracking, code enforcement, and infrastructure oversight — our platform supports agencies across a wide range of use cases so communities can make faster, smarter decisions when it matters most.
Our mission is simple: communities deserve tools as dynamic and adaptive as the challenges they face. We’re here to support the public servants on the front lines of resilience and governance.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own the strategy and execution of the systems and processes that power our go-to-market engine. This role will report to the VP of Finance and Operations, and work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
In this role, you’ll be a strategic operator and trusted advisor to company leadership. You’ll partner closely with leadership across the business to ensure alignment across the full revenue funnel — from lead generation and pipeline acceleration to retention and expansion. You’ll design data-driven processes, improve visibility into performance, and identify opportunities to drive efficiency and predictability as we scale.
You’ll thrive here if you enjoy balancing strategy and execution: one day building a new forecasting model or optimizing CRM workflows, the next day presenting insights to the leadership team that shape our growth plan. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on how we grow, measure success, and deliver value to our customers.
What you'll do
- Oversee Revenue Operations: Manage GTM data strategy, systems, processes, reporting, and analysis to drive operational excellence across the company.
- Own our CRM and other GTM Systems & Infrastructure: Lead both strategic planning (system selection, cost-benefit analyses) and hands-on execution (CRM implementation, administration, and integration).
- Build Reports & Dashboards: Develop clear, actionable reporting that helps the team quickly assess company performance, identify areas for improvement, and highlight success stories.
- Lead Key Operations Initiatives: Drive cross-functional projects, including KPI design and reporting, pricing models and calculators, lead and territory distribution, and customer health scoring.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain high data quality standards across the GTM organization through SOPs, data dictionaries, and documentation in Notion; train team members on data definitions and processes.
- Drive Efficiency & Automation: Streamline workflows, introduce automation, and conduct analyses to identify high-impact opportunities for improvement and investment.
About you
- Experienced in GTM Systems: You’ve managed a modern GTM tech stack. This should include experience implementing / managing a CRM (preferably Attio, Salesforce, or a similar CRM), GTM tools (Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.), and other related tools (e.g. Notion, Linear, etc.). You understand how these tools connect, are comfortable setting up technical integrations, and know how to make them work best together.
- Hands-on and Strategic: You are equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves (adding new fields, checking data fills) and stepping back to analyze how to improve sales velocity or operational efficiency.Strong analytical / quantitative skills
- Analytical and Quantitative: You have strong data analysis and modeling skills, with deep proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
- Clear Communicator: You have excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal), and are adept at quickly summarizing findings and effectively conveying results to management.
- Project Management Expertise: You’re skilled at moving projects from ideation to execution as well organizing and managing relevant stakeholders.
- Process-Oriented Thinker: You’re able to quickly map and understand a process, map its cross-functional dependencies, and recommend changes and improvements accordingly.
- Highly Organized: You’re able to drive multiple initiatives, establish appropriate priorities and meet deadlines with limited supervision and attention to detail.
- Education and Experience: BA/BS in quantitative field such as engineering, data analytics, finance, economics, or equivalent practical experience. Typically 4+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in Revenue Operations or a similar role — though we value impact over tenure.
Strong candidates may also have
- Specific experience with Attio, our CRM
- Understanding of standard SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, retention)
- Experience with enterprise sales motions and complex sales cycles
- Experience at a high-growth start-up and or B2B SaaS
- Experience with data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake) and data ETLs (e.g. Fivetran)
- Complementary technical skills: SQL, Python, BI Tools, etc.
- Experience in consulting, banking, or similar field
