Senior Revenue Operations & Analytics Analyst
Lob is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations & Analytics Analyst who is passionate about driving revenue growth and sales effectiveness through process optimization, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with finance, sales leadership, and customer success to drive compensation and capacity planning, refine our forecasting processes, and implement initiatives that improve GTM efficiency.
This role requires a unique mix of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution to both architect big-picture strategy and drive execution to the finish line. You will work cross-functionally with a variety of teams including, but not limited to customer success, sales, and enablement to translate analytical insights into operational outcomes. The Sales Operations & Analytics Sr. Analyst should be an experienced GTM expert who can build technical models and run analyses while effectively communicating actionable insights to executive audiences.

Compensation Information
The compensation for this role will consist of an annual base salary, variable + RSUs
Annual Base Salary: $125,000.00 - $137,500.00
Variable Range: $12,500.00 - $15,000.00
