The Senior Revenue Enablement Operations Specialist is a critical member of our Revenue Enablement team, responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting the seamless execution of enablement programs. This role focuses on high-volume coordination, project management, and process improvement to ensure our revenue teams are equipped for success. You’ll work closely with Program Managers and cross-functional partners to manage logistics, streamline workflows, and support key initiatives like our Sales Kickoff.

Who will love this job

  • A project manager - you thrive on keeping complex projects and logistics running smoothly, even in high-volume, fast-changing environments.
  • An organizer - you bring order to chaos, ensuring every detail is tracked and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • A learner - you quickly pick up new tools and processes, adapting to shifting priorities with ease.
  • A collaborator - you enjoy working across teams and functions, building relationships to get things done.

What you’ll do

  • Own and drive the strategic optimization and operational effectiveness of the core revenue enablement tech stack (Accord, Mindtickle, Gong, Glean), ensuring alignment with the overall go-to-market strategy and measurable ROI
  • Proactively identify, design, and implement enhancements to enablement systems and tools, significantly improving ease-of-use and workflow efficiency for Growth & Sales teams
  • Establish and lead a Content Governance Committee, defining and enforcing strict content guidelines, workflows, and review cycles to ensure high-quality, compliant, and on-brand content
  • Develop, maintain, and present detailed monthly reports on critical enablement metrics, including onboarding cohort performance and Gong conversation intelligence trends, providing actionable insights to leadership
  • Act as the dedicated Project Management lead for complex, major enablement initiatives, providing structured support, timeline adherence, and risk mitigation
  • Serve as the directly responsible individual for the operational planning, logistics, and detailed budgeting of Sales Kick-Off and other large-scale enablement events
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

You should have

  • 3+ years of experience in enablement operations or high-volume coordination role
  • Advanced organizational and prioritization skills; you can manage multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders without letting details slip
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; you craft crisp stakeholder updates, ops docs, and executive-ready summaries
  • Data fluency; comfort pulling, cleaning, and interpreting data to inform decisions (e.g., funnel KPIs, onboarding time-to-productivity), and building lightweight dashboards or reports
  • High technical aptitude; you learn new systems quickly and can partner with RevOps/IT on access, integrations, and light configuration
  • Bias for action and continuous improvement; you proactively identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and document processes so they scale
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
  • Experience with any of all components of our tech stack (Workramp, Salesforce, Guru, Gong), a plus
  • Your own unique talents! Your background has given you a unique perspective and set of transferable skills that aren't always in alignment with a given role - but those are qualities we value at Greenhouse. If you don't meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, we still strongly encourage you to apply
