We're looking for a Senior AI Scientist who shares our vision for transforming healthcare. Developing, implementing, benchmarking and accelerating the latest models to address challenges in the field of digital biology, drug discovery, virtual cell, and virtual patient
Benchmarking, evaluating, and showcasing the capabilities of our research output to move the needle in digital biology
Developing training and inference techniques for foundational models within the industry, harnessing the power of NVIDIA’s most recent hardware
Publishing original research and releasing open source software
Collaborating with external research leaders in the field of digital biology
Collaborating with research and engineering teams across all of NVIDIA to transfer research to products and services.
Mentoring emerging researchers
Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Computational Biology, Computer Science, Computational Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant experience with hands on training and evaluation of models in digital biology
Publication record in the ML, data science, and/or digital biology domain
Proficient in modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Warp
Learn from and teach others to keep up to speed on the latest developments and tools in the field.
Ability to work together in a tight-knit team environment.
Experience developing novel methods in machine learning
Strong engineering skills, particularly experience with C/C++, CUDA
Portfolio of data science projects
Contribution to open source software projects

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 3, and 184,000 USD - 299,000 USD for Level 4.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
