About this Opportunity:

As a Senior Relationship Manager Open Architecture Solutions you will be a strategic partner in developing and maximizing business relationships for Orion Wealth Management’s leading lines of business, the OPS and Communities offerings, which provide advisors and broker dealers access to third party investment strategies.  This position will assist in sales efforts to promote the growth and retention of agreements and relationships and will find ways to gain new revenue. This role will foster and develop relationships with clients, prospects, partners, and the external and internal sales teams. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

For External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Berwyn, PA.

For Internal Candidates:
All internal employees, regardless of their current work arrangement (remote or in-office), are encouraged to apply.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Find new and expand existing selling agreements and relationships to gain new revenue

  • Maintain and retain existing relationships, onboard new relationships and go deeper and expand top manager relationships.  Attracting the right managers partners for the OPS platform by working with the Investment & Due Diligence teams.

  • Identify additional business opportunities resulting in an effort to increase sales and new revenue

  • Partner with internal and external sales teams to create sales opportunities and accelerate the sales process with territory reviews, quarterly strategic calls generating leads for add on business

  • Build relationships with fellow team members covering strategists, custodians, integration partners, industry consultants, top BD/RIA clients, large institutions and other similar opportunities, and Orion Sales team members

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date and detailed CRM database for the profiling of relationships, sales funnel, notes, calendar, appointments and other pertinent information

  • Prepare and communicate a profile/at a glance view for each relationship on a regular basis

  • Regularly attend conferences, host webinars and conference calls, and engage in other activities to build new relationships and continue existing ones

  • Host a strategic quarterly call with each of the primary relationships, with an E-team member (preferred) discussing topical items for the Orion roadmap to help the partnership.  Goals of informing and necessary tactical follow up items for opportunities to cross sell, resolve issues.

  • Continually learn and become proficient in all of Orion’s product offerings

  • Assigned and successful in attaining individual and team goals, established Rocks and KPIs

We're looking for talent who:

  • Has minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related role

  • Series 65 license (or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment) required

  • Has minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services sales related role

  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:

$104,855.00 - $162,413.00

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
