Scope of Position
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best talent for Watts.
This position reports to Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition. This role is hybrid and is based in North Andover, MA.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Champion full cycle recruitment process while understanding the needs of the various platforms within the Watts Water family of companies.
Partner with the talent team, HR and compensation on processes within the corporate recruiting arena.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Utilize social media platforms for efficient recruiting.
Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport and source new candidates.
Conduct prescreens and post screen meetings.
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
Assist with campus recruitment activities within the United States.
Partner/lead other projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related experience
Minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience required.
Experience in Workday a plus; other/similar ATS required.
Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to travel for recruitment meetings/campus recruitment as needed.
Excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills.
Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.
Ability to be flexible and resourceful.

Working Conditions:
While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover, MA location three days per week (Monday – Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).

Pay Range:
The expected salary range for this position is $123,000-$136,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
