Bicycle Health addresses this gap by maximizing accessibility, affordability, and overall quality of care by enabling highly qualified clinicians to reach patients broadly and efficiently through our online platform.
The Senior Recruiter is a key member of our People Team helping to shape the future of Bicycle Health through innovative, results-driven talent acquisition strategies and delivery to ensure we attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. This seasoned, well rounded Senior Recruiter helps us find great clinical, corporate and executive talent, leveraging their own network and experience to attract top candidates. This position reports to and works closely with the Manager, Talent Acquisition on overall Talent Acquisition operations including project management, ATS optimization and analytics.
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full time (40 hrs)
Target Pay: $120,000 - $140,000 - Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
