Job Description Summary

The Senior Facilities Executive supports the Facilities Manager in overseeing the infrastructure, technical operations, and maintenance of building systems to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency across all managed facilities

About the job:

  • Support the Facilities Manager in managing service contracts, documentation, and technical reports.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Supervise and oversee the AV and Logistics team to ensure seamless event setup and smooth execution of successful events.
  • Support compliance with regulations and standards related to fire safety, HVAC, lifts, and critical infrastructure.
  • Coordinate and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimise breakdowns and extend asset life.
  • Monitor contractor performance, service quality, and adherence to maintenance schedules.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and responding to infrastructure-related emergencies.
  • Track maintenance expenditures and support cost-control initiatives.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Promote workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with company and statutory safety standards.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of item descriptions, specifications, and unit rates within the SOR.
  • Manage tenant relations to ensure seamless fit-out execution.

About you:

  • Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or its equivalent with minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in leading a team in carrying out facilities operations management.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Senior Facilities Executive shall be deployed full-time on site during the operating hours
