As a Senior Project Manager within the Design Department at Exness, you will ensure smooth, efficient, and automated delivery of creative projects across in-house and external stakeholders. You will manage project flow, optimize processes, and introduce AI-driven automation to reduce manual effort and streamline operations. Your main goal is to maintain operational excellence, enhance cross-team collaboration, and build scalable, automated systems that empower designers to focus on creativity and innovation.
What you'll actually do
- Oversee and maintain all design projects — brand, campaigns, digital, events, and social — ensuring timely and efficient execution across teams.
- Create and implement workflow automation across design and marketing operations to eliminate manual processes and improve speed.
- Build, optimize, and maintain automation and integrations in Jira to enhance task tracking, visibility, and reporting.
- Leverage tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, and AI-based systems to optimize repetitive tasks and improve collaboration.
- Plan and manage sprints in collaboration with design leads and marketing stakeholders; facilitate agile reviews and retrospectives.
- Balance workloads and priorities across multiple teams and projects to ensure efficiency and clarity.
- Identify bottlenecks, analyze workflow data, and implement continuous process improvements.
- Support the Head of Design in quarterly planning, aligning design delivery with marketing and product initiatives.
- Maintain transparent communication and ensure clear project documentation, tracking, and feedback loops.
- Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and innovation within the design and project teams.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Design Management, or related field.
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in a creative agency or in-house design team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple design and marketing projects simultaneously.
- Experience leading automation or AI workflow initiatives in cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Jira (automation, workflows, dashboards, and reporting).
- Hands-on with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
- Familiar with AI tools and integrations for workflow optimization.
- Strong understanding of creative processes, production timelines, and digital asset delivery.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and time management under tight deadlines.
- Strong ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Values: Integrity, Ownership, Continuous Improvement, and Collaboration.
