We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Manager who can lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of Project Controls professionals across a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

Leatherhead – 3 days in the office
Security Requirements
Due to project security requirements, candidates must be eligible for UK security clearance. This typically requires sole British citizenship and no dual nationality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team, with a focus on cost performance and expanding risk and schedule capabilities
Oversee strategic project controls—planning, cost, risk, change, and reporting—ensuring alignment with business objectives
Champion business transformation, designing and implementing scalable processes and frameworks
Drive digital innovation, leveraging data analytics and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making
Engage stakeholders at all levels, communicating insights clearly and fostering collaboration
Ensure governance and compliance with corporate policies and industry standards
What we Need
Extensive experience in senior project controls roles on large-scale, complex projects
Proven ability to build and lead teams, implement new processes, and deliver transformation
Expertise in planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), cost systems (Deltek Costpoint/Cobra), and reporting platforms.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Degree in Engineering or related field; professional certifications (AACE, PMI-SP, PMP) desirable
The preferred candidate will have experience in the Government and Defence sector, along with a background in the services and/or construction industry
