Role Overview:

You will be an integral part of the Product Operations (Product Ops) organization, whose mission is to empower the Product Delivery Organisation to perform under the best possible circumstances. Product Ops achieves this by leading priority initiatives and implementing best practices to ensure One Team, One Mission, One Platform.

As a Senior Program Manager, you'll be a critical leader, driving the delivery of complex technical programs and reporting to a Senior-level leader within the Product Operations Team. The primary focus of this opportunity is to own and manage the end-to-end process of moving core program tasks from the backlog to active development, ensuring successful execution of large-scale initiatives that directly meet our customers' needs. You will take ownership of one or more programs simultaneously, creating and driving prioritized program plans, managing cross-team dependencies, and serving as the central hub for status communication and risk management. This includes strategically driving programs related to product pricing and packaging changes. You will significantly impact the organization by proactively identifying and escalating risks, providing leadership to project teams, and continually working to improve program management standards and quality across the department, ultimately boosting customer satisfaction and product success.

About the role: 

This role focuses on driving complex technical programs to completion through proactive planning, cross-functional leadership, and rigorous risk management. On an average day/week, you will:

  • Own and drive one or more major programs concurrently, creating prioritized plans and actively moving tasks from the development backlog into execution, always ensuring alignment with defined customer value outcomes.

  • Act as the central communication point, coordinating requirements, resource assignments, and timelines across Engineering, Product, Support, Marketing, UX, Legal and Operations teams, amongst others.

  • Proactively assess, identify, and escalate critical risks and cross-team dependencies to senior-level leadership and above, driving immediate mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate and drive the execution of programs that include Pricing and Packaging changes, ensuring alignment across Product, Pricing & Order Operations, Finance, and Sales teams.

  • Occasionally act as a team representative, coach, and mentor for team members, sharing best practices and supporting their professional growth.

  • Drive initiatives to improve program management standards, tools, and practices to enhance organizational efficiency and predictable delivery quality.

  • The successful on-time and on-scope delivery of your assigned major programs, ensuring all user-centric and technical requirements are met.
