At Compass, our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. Founded in 2012, we’re revolutionizing the real estate industry with our end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to seller and buyer clients.
As a Product Marketing Manager at Compass, you will be a member of the Product & Engineering organization and will work closely with Product Managers, M&A Integration Leads, Operations stakeholders, and external partners to support Compass’s merger and acquisition (M&A) strategy. You’ll play a key role in coordinating product onboarding, training, and communications for newly acquired brokerages, ensuring consistent alignment across Product, Operations, M&A Integration, and Leadership teams.
Broadly, you will support various processes for how we take integrations to market, how we communicate change, and how we use feedback from acquired brokerages and their agents to drive platform adoption and long-term engagement.

- Lead the conception, design, and optimization of communications and training campaigns that educate newly acquired agents and staff on the Compass platform, products, and ecosystem.
- Create compelling collateral, playbooks, and educational materials that articulate Compass’s value proposition to acquired brokerages while reinforcing the independence and strength of their existing brands.
- Work with M&A Integration to maintain structured feedback mechanisms to identify integration challenges, prioritize improvements, and advocate for new or enhanced products and processes that support scalable onboarding & longterm adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on success metrics and track adoption, engagement, and satisfaction across acquired brokerages to inform ongoing enablement strategies.
- Support internal Compass teams with the knowledge, materials, and frameworks needed to communicate the value of Compass technology and processes to newly onboarded partners and agents.
