WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- The Senior Product Marketing Manager - TAVR, will lead downstream marketing efforts while maintaining US product expertise for TAVR products, including market sizes/trend share, customer needs and targeting, product performance/benefits/weaknesses/positioning.
- Provide on-going field support and will focus on growing the market awareness for TAVR and related disease states, including launching new products.
- This position will work closely with the sales team and be responsible for aspects of US strategy implementation including digital strategy and channel execution.
- Success will be measured against sales and margin expectations, sales force competency/knowledge level and development of marketing programs which enhance field and customer experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of US competitor products and strategies, market trends and dynamics, market/franchise critical success factors, and customer needs.
- Contribute to annual marketing plans/strategies including market analysis, customer segmentation and targeting, product positioning, competitive assessments, and SWOT situation assessment.
- Manage field device demo needs, tracking sales & patient resource utilization, and working with communications manager to manage promotional collateral.
- Take a leadership role on project teams to work closely with the project manager to drive accountability and team achievement of goals and milestones.
- Manage creative agencies to plan, develop, and execute new US materials.
- Partner with regulatory colleagues in the review and negotiation of materials to ensure competitiveness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Drive to deliver Sales, Margin, and key performance metrics for TAVR products.
- Will be expected to be responsive and able to directly address questions and requests of senior management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required Qualifications
- Prior marketing experience within medical device or healthcare industry.
- Bachelors’ Degree with 4+ years related marketing or product management experience, specifically in TAVI/TAVR. MBA with 1+ years of related experience also considered.
- Relevant downstream product marketing experience.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time.
- Able to understand technical and scientific information.
- Able to handle a fast-paced working environment.
- Substantial financial skills, market analysis and advanced communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills as well as written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Willing to understand and comply with Regulatory requirements.
- Able to influence and motivate individuals from sales, marketing, and other functional areas to drive product sales.
- Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.

$111,300.00 – $222,700.00
