The Ratings & Data Engine team powers the core intelligence that drives Bitsight’s cyber risk solutions. As the backbone of Bitsight’s platform, the team is responsible for collecting, enriching, and transforming internet-scale data into precise, high-quality insights. These insights fuel Bitsight’s capabilities across External Attack Surface Management (EASM), Third Party Risk Management(TPRM), and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI). By improving the accuracy of asset attribution, accelerating telemetry collection, and developing rigorous security analytics, the Ratings and Data Engine team ensures Bitsight continues to deliver the most trusted and timely view of organizational cybersecurity posture.

You will help scale data collection, enhance model precision, and unlock new ways to derive cybersecurity insights enabling customers to make faster, more confident decisions about risk. 

The ideal candidate is a product leader who thrives at the intersection of data, engineering, and strategy. You can translate complex technical systems into business outcomes and are equally comfortable discussing architecture tradeoffs with engineers or defining product impact with executives. If you are energized by large-scale data challenges, passionate about transforming raw data into actionable intelligence, and eager to drive the evolution of Bitsight’s core technology, this is the role for you.

As a Senior PM, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Product owner through the lifecycle of the product

  • Develop and drive product requirements for BitSight’s products

  • Define product strategy and roadmap

  • Refine the product vision, broadly soliciting input from internal and external resources

  • Drive product awareness and adoption, working with marketing and sales

  • Be the voice of the customer to internally focused groups

  • Collaborate with key external partners to create joint offerings that are greater than the constituent parts

To do your job well, we expect you to have: 

  • 4+ years of Product management experience with focus on software products and services.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills, including ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.

  • Proven experience defining and shipping platform or infrastructure products that support large-scale data processing or analytics.

  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams in an agile environment.

  • Strong technical abilities.

  • Ownership mentality and an entrepreneurial drive, proven ability to influence others.

  • Experience in risk management and/or cybersecurity.
