Your Team

Within Retail Banking Services (RBS) the Digital Crew drives the strategy and delivery behind CBA’s market leading CommBank app, and its desktop asset NetBank, delivering an integral service and brilliant experiences to over nine million digitally active customers.

Your impact and contribution

As the Senior Product Manager, Personalise & Controls, you’ll be responsible for the personalisation and customisation spine of the CommBank app and NetBank — the systems, frameworks, controls and digital locations that power personalised content and ultimately deliver relevant, delighting and uniquely CommBank experiences for our customers.

You’ll turn strategy into execution — helping to lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality, scalable capabilities that enable personalisation across our digital ecosystem.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be an experienced professional driven by a customer-obsession to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Drawing from your experience in continual product discovery and delivery, you’re constantly pushing the boundaries to help deliver outcomes that move the dial and unlock maximum value. Your passion for and ability to solve complex problems is key to delivering these high-quality solutions to market. You have experience working in a fast paced, agile environment and use leading practices with an appreciation for the value of continuous delivery and user testing.

See yourself in our team

We are here to build world-class digital experiences for our customers. Working as part of a squad, alongside engineers and designers, you will bring a proactive approach, deep understanding of the customer, data-driven insights and problem-solving skills to the table.  As a team we’re constantly striving to be the best in digital banking, pushing the boundaries to provide an unrivalled, personalised user experience across every product. Our diverse teams are dedicated to learning, sharing knowledge and continuous improvement. Innovation, passion and creativity shape our culture.

We’re interested in hearing from a digital product professional with relevant skills and experience, including:

  • Proven experience leading digital product development from strategy through to delivery, ideally within a complex, multi-squad ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of personalisation systems and the data flows that connect customer context to experience delivery.
  • Strong understanding of experience orchestration and context management — connecting back-end intelligence with front-end experience.
  • Skilled in agile delivery, prioritisation, and roadmap management — ensuring clarity, alignment, and velocity across cross-functional teams.
  • Supporting the product lifecycle from customer discovery, ideation to launch and post-launch analysis
  • Strong communication, presentation, influencing and collaboration skills
