About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help deliver our Financial Advice technology strategy. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams, and collaborate across Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure we deliver valuable, secure, and scalable products.
What you’ll be doing
- Setting the vision and outcomes for Advice technology, defining objectives and an evidence-led roadmap to improve adviser productivity, client experience, and operational control.
- Leading the delivery of new CRM and workflow solutions, with an emphasis on implementing and optimising Salesforce as a strategic platform for future enhancements.
- Managing the transition from legacy systems, supporting data migration, and establishing robust governance and change control.
- Working to create a seamless client journey and a unified adviser experience by integrating key platforms and data sources.
- Enabling better management information and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
- Owning the product roadmap and backlog, prioritising opportunities based on research and business needs, and validating outcomes post-launch.
- Leading and developing a cross-functional team, fostering autonomy, and championing product management best practice.
About you
- Demonstrable experience as a Senior Product Manager delivering software products in cross-functional teams.
- Significant experience in CRM platforms (ideally including Salesforce) and workflow/case management.
- Skilled at balancing value, usability, feasibility, and viability; confident making decisions using both quantitative and qualitative inputs.
- Excellent communicator who can translate business and client problems into clear product outcomes and collaborate effectively across the business.
- Familiarity with the Financial Advice domain and a pragmatic approach to delivering in regulated environments.
