<title>About the role</title>

This role will focus on the experience and lifecycle of our fleet partners — from onboarding and daily management to performance optimisation and growth. You’ll work across teams (Operations, CS, Support, Engineering, Design, Compliance to name a few) to translate needs, pain points and ideas into intuitive products, tools, and journeys that make it easier, more profitable and more insightful to manage a fleet of drivers with Bolt.

- <point>Deliver on the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Fleet experience, working side by side with your Group Product Manager and Design, Analytics and Engineering teams</point>
- <point>Lead discovery and validation cycles, using data analysis, research, and pilot testing to prioritise what truly moves the needle for our fleets and internal teams.</point>
- <point>Map and optimise user journeys and define product requirements for fleet and internal users — ensuring each touchpoint is efficient, measurable, and scalable</point>
- <point>Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to drive product development through all stages from concept to launch</point>
- <point>Establish and monitor product KPIs (adoption, efficiency, engagement, NPS/CSAT, ROI)</point>

<title>About you:</title>

- <point>5+ years’ experience in Product Management in a fast-moving B2B or platform business</point>
- <point>Experience in workflow mapping, CRM systems, integrations or enterprise user journey design</point>
- <point>Experience in previous roles (Operational, Strategy or Product) that require a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver global solutions in a hyper-localised environment</point>
- <point>Strong analytical and data skills — you can translate metrics into insight and insight into action</point>
- <point>Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to make complexity clear and actionable, collaborate with cross-functional international teams and influence stakeholders</point>
- <point>You have a proficient command of spoken and written English</point>
