About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the B2B Product Platform team. In this role, you will help define and deliver core capabilities and services that power Dow Jones’s suite of enterprise products. The B2B Product Platform serves as the foundation for all of Dow Jones’ B2B offerings—you will own core services (both front-end and back-end) that are critical to the success of multiple business units.

You will collaborate with engineering, AI, commercial, UX, partner, and external teams to strengthen our product foundations, enable scalable integrations, and deliver value to our global customer base. You will own the definition and governance of our global component library, ensuring its individual components meet the requirements of our product lines while delivering a consistent experience across the entire Dow Jones suite of B2B products. You will define, map, and co-own the end-to-end platform flows (e.g., company, user, data set onboarding and administration). You will act as the strategic product partner to the platform triad leads (search & AI, identity, signals), ensuring their roadmaps align to create a single, seamless customer journey.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how mission-critical data is delivered at scale - Dow Jones powers risk and decision-making for some of the world’s most dynamic global businesses.

You Will:

  • Drive the roadmap for key components and the unified component library of the B2B Product Platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs

  • Drive end-to-end platform flows to ensure a seamless customer experience in a highly matrixed environment

  • Conduct discovery and definition sessions with internal and external stakeholders about functional requirements for features

  • Collaborate and contribute with the broader B2B product team on platform roadmap development

  • Partner closely with engineering teams on delivery timelines, standups, and ticket execution

  • Use data to define success metrics and prioritize backlogs throughout feature lifecycle

  • Use AI prototyping tools to quickly iterate on software components and specifications

You Have:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, data platforms, or enterprise software.

  • Proven track record of delivering impactful customer-focused features aligned with clear KPIs

  • Experience working closely with engineering and commercial teams to ship user-centric, scalable solutions.

  • Experience managing director and VP-level stakeholder relationships

  • Familiarity with APIs, data workflows, and integration patterns.

  • A background in computer science, data, or product design is preferred.

  • Previous experience with risk, compliance, business intelligence or related B2B products is preferred.
